Streets of Chrome | John Cardiel
Whether it’s on a bike, a board or the ones and twos, John Cardiel goes hard. Cardiel has been a part of the Chrome Familia for years and in that time we’ve worked together to design a line of kick ass bags that will stand up to anybody who lives life as hard as Cards does. Join us as we spend the day with Cards in Sacramento tearing up the trails, skating some of his favorite spots and keeping it irie with him as he spins some of his favorite reggae tunes.

Four the Love of Bikes
Most arrive in the world of cycling by following a single path, falling in love with one type of bike that spoke their language. The problem with following one path however, is that you only get to one perspective. One journey. One experience. The real beauty of the bicycle is in variety. Two wheels they may all have, but the number of different experiences you can have is huge and doesn’t Sam Pantling just know it.
East Coast Fit Tour
There are a lot of fitting options out there and the trend is toward the upright and conservative fit. We feel strongly that for a Speedvagen to ride like a great race machine, our customers need to be properly balanced on the bike and in a position where back and stomach muscles are supporting the weight of their upper body, their arms are freed up to move with the bike/soak up shock and the muscles in the lower body are activated, firing and fast. These principles apply to a spry young racer as well as a any seasoned rider with lots of miles and years under their belt.
Like with our frames, our fitting is different than anything else out there. That’s why we’re traveling the world to make it happen.
Interested in being fitted for a Speedvagen and having your new machine in your hands well before road season? Yeah!! Want to work with us collaboratively? Just wanna come hang out and talk bikes? Or even demo an OG? Shoot us a note and we’ll send more info.

FOAD | The Good Times Are Killing Me
“The Good Times Are Killing Me” is FOAD’s second and final full length feature. In the making for over a year, across 6 states and 2 countries. Based in Salt Lake City, Utah, FOAD is a mixed group of fixed gear freestyle and traditional riders, who aim to test the limits of what can be done on a fixed gear in every aspect. Swimming through traffic and cascading down hills. Barging through the unfamiliar of snow and dirt. Creating a playground out of the urban landscape of stairs, ledges, banks, and drainage ditches. Sam Allgood, Jackson Bradshaw, Jake Matsukawa, Evan Service, Izik Service, Jimmy Watcha, Parker Thompson, Matt Spencer, Wes Brown, Chase Davis, and many other amazing riders all bring their unique take on riding to the film.
